Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking Retail Merchandisers to perform in-store merchandising for leading CPG brands at major retailers. In this field-based role, you will stock and rotate products, implement planograms, build displays, verify pricing, and ensure shelves are clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.

You’ll visit assigned stores on a regular schedule, capture basic data and photos, and communicate with store personnel and your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and reliable work ethic.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Experience in retail merchandising or stocking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate products on shelves.
• Implement planograms to ensure brand standards.
• Build and refresh displays in stores.
• Verify pricing and ensure shelves are clean and organized.
