Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company seeks Retail Merchandisers to execute in-store merchandising for leading CPG brands at major retailers. In this field-based role, you will stock and rotate products, implement planograms, build displays, verify pricing, and ensure shelves are clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.

You’ll visit assigned stores on a regular schedule, capture basic data and photos, and communicate with store personnel and your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience is a plus
• Ability to follow planograms accurately
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated for fieldwork

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate products in assigned stores
• Implement and maintain planograms to brand standards
• Build and refresh displays to maximize visibility
• Verify pricing, signage, and shelf tags
• Keep shelves clean, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines
• Communicate with store staff and supervisor as needed
