Jacent is the leading cross-merchandising impulse product company in North America. We seek a Merchandiser to place products, build displays, and collaborate with store personnel in Montgomery, AL and surrounding communities.

The role involves cultivating relationships with in-store management, executing merchandising resets, building displays, and implementing plan-o-grams with daytime, full-time hours and paid training.

Qualifications

• Self-starter who can work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable in changing environments and schedules.
• Able to meet physical requirements (standing 3–8 hrs, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with in-store management.
• Execute merchandising resets and build retail displays.
• Merchandise impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks.
• Implement plan-o-grams.
