Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Springdale, AR, is seeking a full-time Route Sales Associate. You’ll drive your personal vehicle to multiple store locations, stock shelves with Lay's and Doritos, and merchandise products to customers.

You’ll work with a team of Route Sales Representatives, follow a fixed start time window (8 AM–1 PM) with daily variations, and use a company iPhone to view schedules and log activity. Gas mileage reimbursement is provided and health benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time)
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity
