Job summary

Marco Group in Odessa, TX is seeking Field Merchandisers to be the face of Procter & Gamble in H-E-B stores across Texas. You will work in the field daily, ensuring shelves look their best, capturing store data with a smartphone, and directly impacting how one of the world’s top brands performs at retail.

No prior merchandising experience required; training provided. Applicants must be independent, able to lift/move products, own a smartphone with data, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently on a daily route.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move products during shifts.
• Wlexible scheduling availability.
• Owner of a smartphone with a reliable data plan.
• Reliable, independent transportation.
• Willingness to visit one store in Odessa.

Responsibilities

• Execute P&G merchandising standards, planograms, and display setups.
• Ensure products are stocked, faced, and visually appealing.
• Identify and fix issues like out-of-stocks or non-compliant displays.
• Complete store visit surveys capturing shelf conditions, pricing, promotions, and competition.
• Upload photos and submit reports via your smartphone.
• Flag trends, risks, and opportunities to management with documentation.
