CROSSMARK is recruiting a part-time Retail Merchandising Representative in Lafayette, Indiana. You will promote nationally distributed products in convenience stores, build displays, stock shelves, and develop relationships with store staff and management.

The role emphasizes independence, reliability, and travel across multiple stores within the territory. Ideal candidates bring retail or customer service experience, are 21+, comfortable with smart devices, and can lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Comfortable using a smart device.
• Able to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physically able to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Build displays and stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
