Qualifications

• Independent worker able to manage a daily field route.
• Able to stand, bend, lift and move products.
• Flexible schedule; own smartphone with data plan required.
• Reliable, independent transportation.
• Willing to visit one store in Lubbock.
• No prior merchandising experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain merchandising standards, planograms, and displays.
• Stock, face, and present products attractively on shelves.
• Identify and fix issues like out-of-stocks or missing SKUs.
• Complete store visit surveys on shelf conditions, pricing and promotions.
• Upload photos and submit reports via smartphone.
• Flag trends and risks to management with documentation.
• Impact brand performance on the shelf.
