Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Merchandiser to independently service multiple retail locations in the Midland, MI area. You’ll display and maintain merchandise, manage card departments, and keep backrooms organized, all while meeting weekly time targets on a part-time route.

No prior experience is required; comprehensive training is provided. You must lift up to 40 pounds, have reliable transportation, and be ready to work around major holidays with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments and retail locations.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and complete inventory tasks.
• Communicate questions or schedule concerns to management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime hours.
• Be available for extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets including minor fixture work and product assembly.
