ActionLink in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a hands-on merchandising professional. You’ll set products to planograms and build displays that energize shoppers and elevate product interaction.

You’ll lead a team on-site, install displays and kiosks, and handle light construction while staying active and organized. Travel and occasional weekends are part of the role; this is a full-time, on-site opportunity with growth potential.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of retail or electronics merchandising experience.
• Comfort taking the lead on tasks and coordinating a team.
• Confidence reading and executing planograms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Flexible availability including weekends and occasional overnights.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Experienced in 3PL environments.
• Detail-oriented with ability to read planograms accurately.
• Experience with hand and power tools (cordless drill).
• Ability to obtain power-lift/equipment certification within 30 days of hire.

Aufgaben

• Merchandising that stands out by setting products to planograms and creating engaging displays.
• Lead a team to install and troubleshoot displays, kiosks, AV systems, and security devices.
• Document work through photos and videos and submit same-day reports.
• Travel as needed and communicate progress with the District Manager.
