Job summary

CRO-US in Denver is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to promote Ferrero brands (Tic Tac, Butterfinger, Kinder, Keebler) in convenience stores. You will build displays, stock shelves, and establish relationships with store management to drive sales and brand presence.

This full-time position offers competitive weekly pay, paid training, travel within a territory with mileage reimbursement, and a benefits package including health, vision, dental, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Build displays and stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
