Qualifications

• Active RN or CRC license with an associated college degree is required.
• Additional certifications such as CCM, CIRS are preferred.
• Prior experience in workers' compensation case management is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care between medical providers, employers, insurance carriers, and injured workers.
• Attend appointments with the injured workers.
• Develop, document, and monitor individualized recovery goals.
