Job summary

Integra is seeking a Mechanical Quality Engineer to support field quality functions in mission-critical environments. This field role ensures the integrity, compliance, and performance of systems in the field, spanning inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.

You will collaborate across field operations, manufacturing and engineering to resolve issues and uphold quality and safety standards throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality assurance or field engineering experience in data center, manufacturing or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform field QA inspections and verifications of mechanical equipment and systems to ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop and execute QA inspection and test plans (ITPs) for mechanical and electrical equipment and systems.
• Conduct equipment testing, torque checks, and alignment verification.
• Lead root cause analyses and drive CAPA for nonconformities.
• Support field installation QA/QC, including documentation reviews and turnover package verification.
• Maintain QA documentation including NCRs, field observations and test data logs.
• Audit suppliers and subcontractors for quality and adherence to drawings and standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address quality concerns and improve processes.
• Provide technical training and mentoring for QA technicians and field inspectors.
