Qualifications

• 5 or more years’ experience in construction inspection of Mechanical / Plumbing / HVAC.
• Knowledge of the latest mechanical and plumbing ICC building codes.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC work in new construction.
• Prepare daily narrative reports and verify contractor payment applications.
• Coordinate construction work with facility operations.
