RMS Energy is seeking a mechanically inclined Fitter to support critical energy infrastructure projects. This field role focuses on disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly of isophase bus systems at hydroelectric facilities. You will join a team that values safety, reliability, and quality work.

Responsibilities include teardown, inspection, and rebuilds, plus assisting with maintenance of large electrical/mechanical systems. Heavy lifting and on-site collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in pipefitting, millwright, or similar mechanical roles preferred.
• Ability to take apart and reassemble equipment with accuracy.
• Experience in industrial or construction environments is a plus.
• Able to follow technical instructions and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble isophase bus duct systems and related components.
• Assist with teardown, inspection, and rebuild processes.
• Support maintenance and refurbishment on large electrical/mechanical systems.
• Follow supervisor instructions and maintain tools in safe condition.
• Work with field teams to meet project timelines.
• Lift, align, and position components; keep work area organized.
