Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical service experience in HVAC, piping, or industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read job docs and follow torque specs precisely.
• Willingness to travel to construction sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform sheet metal modifications and installation to support equipment and ducting.
• Replace gaskets, prepare flange faces, align flanges, verify seal surfaces.
• Complete chiller valve replacements and torque piping hardware to spec.
