Job summary

Penn Line Tree Service, Inc. in Williamsport, PA, is seeking a Field Mechanic to support mobile maintenance and repair work in the Montgomery, PA area. The role involves working in the Montgomery shop as well as in the field, servicing light to heavy trucks and equipment.

You must provide your own tools and be prepared to travel between job sites. Two to four years of mechanic experience or a trade school certification in automotive and diesel repair is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two to four years mechanic experience or certification in automotive and diesel truck repair from an accredited trade school is preferred.
• A valid Commercial Driver’s License is preferred; training will be provided in order to obtain a commercial driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile maintenance and repair support for light to heavy duty trucks and equipment.
• Service hydraulics and various equipment (boom trucks, diesel trucks, tractors, excavators, dozers, skidders, chippers).
• Travel to multiple job sites and corporate office; work in both Montgomery, PA shop and field locations.
• Must provide own tools; travel required to sites across PA, MD, OH, VA, WV.
