Job summary

MasterTech in Phoenix, AZ, seeks experienced Field Mechanics to service specialized heavy‑duty equipment both in the shop and at remote job sites. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose complex hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems, and execute timely repairs to keep equipment operating safely.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with heavy equipment (drilling, earth moving, construction, mining, etc.).
Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Proficient at troubleshooting with diagnostic software.
Experience with welding and fabrication.
Willing to travel overnight when required.
Valid driver's license; CDL or ability to obtain CDL.

Responsibilities

Maintain, diagnose, and repair heavy-duty equipment in shop and at job sites.
Diagnostic software usage to troubleshoot issues.
Travel to field sites as needed.
Collaborate with team to ensure safety and reliability.
