McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Field Mechanic for their Boise Yard with travel to job sites across the West. The role involves hands-on repair of heavy machinery, cranes, and marine equipment, plus rigging, signaling, and crane assembly/disassembly.

Qualified candidates should have mechanical aptitude, be safety-conscious, and able to travel extensively. A valid driver’s license and GED/HS diploma are preferred. EEO employer. DOE pay applies.
