Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking a Mechanic - Pumps & Heavy Equipment in Hershey, PA. You will diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on FieldForce diesel equipment, working both in the shop and at customer sites with an on-call rotation.

The role requires independent work, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to travel to job sites up to 50%. Based out of our Grantville, PA branch, you’ll contribute to safe, efficient operations and equipment uptime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years of diesel repair experience or equivalent training.
• Tier 4 engine and emission system knowledge preferred.
• Strong diagnostic skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with engine diagnostic tools and electrical components.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems using diagnostic tools.
• Perform routine inspections and Tier 4 engine maintenance.
• Rebuild or repair engines, emissions systems, and pump components.
• Maintain detailed records and report equipment conditions to the manager.
• Follow all safety procedures and environmental standards.
• Participate in weekly on-call schedule and respond to urgent repairs.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment safely.
• Travel to job sites as needed (approx. 50%).
