Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Mechanic role located in Monahans, TX. The Field Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical issues. Daily tasks include conducting inspections, diagnosing malfunctions, and ensuring all machinery operates efficiently and safely.

• Experience in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair
• Skilled in working with Heavy Equipment
• Strong ability in Troubleshooting mechanical issues

• Experience in the mining or construction industry preferred
