Tennant Company is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain Tennant and similar equipment at customer sites across the region. You will plan daily routes, communicate service timelines, and ensure quality workmanship while following safety protocols.
The role requires 2–5 years of hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems, and proficiency in reading schematics and using diagnostic tools. A valid driver’s license is required.

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $69,300- 83,160.
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Tennant Sales and Service Co. reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualifications of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity. Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits
