Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Prior construction or field testing experience preferred.
• ACI Level I Concrete, State DOT, WACEL, or ICC certifications in soils, reinforced concrete, and masonry are a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented with ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform field materials testing of soil, asphalt, masonry, and concrete.
• Prepare detailed field reports with test results and inspections.
• Evaluate site and subgrade conditions on construction projects.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and engineering staff.
• Input inspections and test data on smart devices.
