Job summary

BUNNELL LAMMONS ENGINEERING seeks a Special Inspections Technician I to perform inspection and sampling services on various construction sites in the Charleston area. You will work under the supervision of a registered professional engineer, conducting tests and preparing detailed reports.

The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma, a valid driver's license, and be able to work outdoors in all seasons. Benefits include 401(K) matching, life insurance, paid leave, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle driving history (3 years).
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on unstable ground.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and sampling services on construction sites.
• Collect concrete, soil, and other site materials.
• Prepare daily reports including test results and site observations.
