Job summary

New Bath Today, formerly Midwest Bath, is seeking a Field Marketing Team Lead in Moline, IL to drive event-based marketing and lead generation for our Jacuzzi brand across Illinois and neighboring states. You will manage a team of event marketers, plan calendars, and mentor staff while delivering exceptional customer experiences at Home Shows, large retailers, and community events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, customer service, or lead generation experience is required.
• Prior leadership experience is preferred.
• Industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel with large branded items.
• Outgoing personality with ability to drive conversations.
• Ability to follow a proven process to generate sales appointments.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Evening and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the field marketing team in your assigned territory by developing and driving event-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads.
• Assist in planning the event calendar for a team of event marketers, including scheduling and accountability for results.
• Increase brand awareness and sales through event marketing, demonstrations, and brand promotion.
• Represent New Bath Today at marketing events, including planning, coordination, lead generation, and scheduling appointments.
• Engage with prospective and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Act as subject matter expert for customers by answering questions about products and services.
• Use a consultative approach to educate customers on services and product offerings.
• Collect complete information from clients to schedule appointments.
• Provide additional marketing support by calling inbound/outbound leads and other tasks.
• Support additional markets, train new team members, track and report event results.
