Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years in marketing, communications, social media, content creation, or campaign coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication, professional content development, and collaboration with internal teams and partners.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to manage priorities and stakeholder needs.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 and basic digital marketing tools.
• Experience with social platforms, content planning, and basic campaign measurement.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support development, execution, and tracking of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, events, and sales channels.
• Create, edit, and coordinate content for social media, email communications, presentations, and collateral.
• Conduct market, customer, competitor, and industry research to inform campaigns and business development.
• Manage day-to-day social media activity, scheduling, monitoring, and performance reporting.
• Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, trackers, and asset libraries for project organization.
• Coordinate events, trade shows, and internal communications, including logistics and follow-up.
