MaintainX, now part of Autodesk, is seeking an events-focused marketer to own trade show execution and programs that generate pipeline. You will work with Sales, Marketing and Product to align each event with revenue goals and measurable outcomes, from vendor selection to post-show analysis.
You’ll manage budgets, vendor relationships, and on-site execution while ensuring clear, on-brand communications across all event touchpoints.
_ MaintainX is a leading mobile-first work execution platform for industrial and frontline teams. More than 13,000 customers , including Duracell, McDonald’s, Shell, DHL and Volvo, use MaintainX to cut unplanned downtime and run better operations, across 13.9 million managed assets and 79.5 million completed work orders._
_ In August 2026 MaintainX became part of Autodesk, joining _ Autodesk Operations Solutions _ , the organization unifying Autodesk’s operations platform alongside Tandem, FlexSim and Fusion Operations. Autodesk’s strategy is to converge design, make and operate into one continuous lifecycle: design an asset, build it, run it, then feed what you learn running it back into the next design. Autodesk had design and make. Operate is the phase that tells you what actually happened, and it is ours.
This role sits within Marketing, working alongside Sales and Product to make sure every trade show, conference, and webinar builds real pipeline, not just brand awareness. You’ll report to our Senior Manager of Demand Generation and Field Marketing, and be one of the people on the ground making sure our presence at these events actually converts.
You’ll own event execution end-to-end, from the first vendor call to the post-show report, for the trade shows, launches, and webinars that put MaintainX in front of the frontline-operations buyers who need us most.
You’ll work closely with our sales and product marketing teams, and within your first 6-12 months you’ll have a track record of events that reps, marketers, and leadership all point to as clearly worth the spend.
We reward output, not hours logged or hats worn. You’ll get real ownership over how our events show up in the market, and the trust to make the call on the ground. We move fast, have honest conversations early, and expect the same back.
Factories, fleets, hospitals and campuses stay up because the people who maintain them have tools worth using. That is what we build.
Base pay is one part of the package. Depending on the role, compensation may also include commission, an annual bonus and equity. Benefits differ by country. For roles in the United States, Autodesk’s benefits are described at benefits.autodesk.com. For roles in Canada and other countries, the plan differs on health coverage, retirement and leave, and your recruiter will walk you through it.
We take pride in a culture where everyone can thrive. More at autodesk.com/company/global-belonging. More on where this is going: Autodesk CEO Andrew Anagnost on building the future of connected operations, and AOS SVP Stephen Hooper on welcoming MaintainX to Autodesk.
