Southern National Roofing is seeking an energetic, coachable entry-level Marketing Representative to work face-to-face with homeowners in local neighborhoods. You will learn and execute a proven outreach system, set appointments for free roof inspections, and contribute to a growing residential roofing team.

This full-time W-2 position offers guaranteed 40 hours per week, weekly pay, and earning potential of $40,000–$70,000+ with commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comfortable speaking to homeowners face-to-face.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand in local neighborhoods and speak directly with homeowners.
• Explain our free roof inspection service and schedule in-home estimates.
• Work an on-site field schedule Mon-Sat between 9am–7pm and maintain a professional appearance.
