Job summary

David is seeking a Field Marketing Analyst to join our Events Team in New York City. The role combines planning, coordination, and on-site execution to deliver compelling in-person experiences that drive brand growth. Expect hands-on event work, vendor liaison, and post-event analysis in a fast-moving consumer brand environment.

You will support activations from expos to influencer events, traveling roughly once a month. This is a full-time, in-office role with strong compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning for individual events, including sourcing vendors, equipment, decor, and materials, coordinating timelines, and managing logistics from concept through execution.
• Manage expo schedule and show preparations, including packing supplies and printing materials.
• Coordinate scheduling and communication with brand ambassadors and support staff.
• Research and evaluate new event opportunities aligned with brand and growth goals.
• Oversee on-site execution, setup, operation, and breakdown of displays and decor.
• Represent the brand with professionalism while engaging attendees.
• Track ROI by gathering impressions and engagement, and summarize learnings after each event.
