Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (retail sales preferred)
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and drive conversations
• Flexible schedule with evenings and weekends availability

Responsibilities

• Represent Bath & Cabinet Experts' brands at events, retail locations, and trade shows
• Create memorable experiences to drive brand awareness and generate sales leads
• Showcase Jacuzzi and Skybrook Kitchen brands at partner locations and schedules for qualified appointments
• Engage with potential customers through friendly, informative conversations
• Schedule sales appointments through consultative interactions
• Support marketing initiatives including follow-up calls and lead nurturing
• Assist with new market initiatives and training of new team members
