Field Marketing Director
About the role

This role leads the development and execution of annual market planning and integrated marketing strategies for assigned DMAs, translating corporate priorities, franchisee business goals, local market dynamics, and competitive insights into programs that drive growth and strengthen market performance. The position serves as a strategic advisor to franchisee leadership and internal stakeholders, building trusted relationships, aligning competing priorities, and providing proactive counsel that supports both brand standards and market-level business objectives. It oversees campaign execution, market investment strategy, and budget performance, partnering across creative, media, insights, strategy, and production teams to deliver effective programs on time, within budget, and with measurable business impact. The job also monitors market results, identifies risks and opportunities, adjusts strategies as conditions evolve, and develops account service talent while fostering an inclusive, values-driven culture that strengthens team capability, franchisee partnerships, and long-term agency growth.

  • Lead Integrated Marketing and Advertising Execution — Partner with creative, media, strategy, business insights, and production teams to execute integrated marketing programs that are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with both strategic objectives and local market requirements.
  • Oversee Market Performance and Business Results — Monitor market performance, campaign effectiveness, budget utilization, and business trends across assigned DMAs. Communicate results, provide actionable recommendations, and adjust marketing strategies and investments as business conditions evolve.
  • Manage Market Investment Strategy and Budget Performance — Develop, manage, forecast, and monitor market-level marketing budgets with a high degree of accuracy and accountability. Ensure investments align to strategic priorities, maximize business impact, and support financial objectives.
  • Own Ongoing Market and Franchisee Business Management — Maintain a comprehensive understanding of assigned markets, franchisee operations, and key business drivers. Anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and proactively address issues to ensure continuity, responsiveness, and long-term business stability.
  • Develop and Lead Account Service Talent — Lead, coach, mentor, and develop regional account service professionals while fostering strategic thinking, operational excellence, collaboration, and accountability. Build team capability and succession readiness to support current and future business needs.
  • Drive Franchisee and Market Growth — Identify opportunities to expand services, increase agency effectiveness, deepen franchisee engagement, and strengthen long-term partnerships. Collaborate with stakeholders to position the agency as a strategic business partner and maximize account growth potential.
