Job summary

HomeWorks Energy is hiring Brand Ambassadors in Springfield for an hourly, part-time role with overtime and commission. The position offers $23 per hour plus weekly commission and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities include engaging customers at hardware and grocery stores, promoting the Mass Save program, scheduling energy assessments, and assisting with event setup and breakdown. Travel to events up to an hour away is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills from entry-level sales, retail or customer service roles.
• Ability to engage with community at hardware, grocery stores and events.
• Comfort talking to strangers and acquiring customers.

Responsibilities

• Table for HomeWorks Energy and the Mass Save program at retail locations and events.
• Schedule customers for a Home Energy Assessment or in-home visits as needed.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, carrying a table and a 25-pound tent.
