Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking a Field Marketing Associate to promote TRS advantages within the local Reading market. You will represent the branch positively while driving field marketing and indirect sales initiatives that align with sales and leadership goals.

You will communicate with food service operators, navigate store software, plan travel routes to meet customers, and help grow local branch sales by converting prospects and re-engaging inactive customers.

Responsibilities

• Ability to effectively communicate with TRS customer base, including but not limited to food service business operators and owners
• Ability to navigate company software & technology to support customer needs and position requirements
• Ability to plan efficient travel routes to meet with local business customers on recurring basis
• Increase local branch sales by converting new prospects into active customers and re-engaging inactive and lapsed customers into regular purchasers with TRS
• Communicate pertinent information to sales team at local branch through established communication methods
• Communicate customer buying trends and competitor information to local store by providing relevant competitor invoices
• Develop and maintain knowledge of available products

Job Summary

The Field Marketing Associate with The Restaurant Store is responsible for communicating the advantages of shopping with TRS in a clean and concise manner across the local market area, while consistently portraying a positive representation of their local branch. The Field Marketing Associate will achieve a variety of operational goals through effective field marketing and indirect sales strategies that align with the goals of our sales and leadership teams.
