Job summary

Great Lakes Home Remodeling is seeking an Experienced Field Marketer who is ready to advance to a team leadership role. This in-person, full-time position offers $18–$23 per hour with bonuses and a clear path from field marketing to management.

You will engage homeowners, set quality appointments for roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors, and lead by example to motivate the team. Ongoing training and promotion opportunities are provided.

• Previous door-to-door canvassing, field marketing, or appointment-setting experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners and generate quality appointments for our roofing, siding, window, gutter, and door divisions.
• Lead by example through consistent performance, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Help motivate and support other team members.
• Develop leadership skills through hands-on training and coaching.
• Learn how successful field marketing teams are trained, organized, and managed.
• Work directly with field leadership to understand performance goals and team development.
• Help build a winning culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and results.
