Job summary

Kenneth Daniel Roofing is seeking energetic Field Marketers to join our Littleton, NC team. As the face of the company in local neighborhoods and events, you will engage homeowners, introduce services, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

No prior experience required. You’ll work outdoors, build relationships, and earn a base hourly wage with performance bonuses and clear advancement opportunities in a supportive, team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with new people.
• Positive, coachable attitude and willingness to learn.
• No prior experience required; sales, marketing, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors and walk for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a background check and have a clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods and community areas
• Educate potential customers on Signature Exteriors’ exterior services and solutions
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Represent Kenneth Daniel Roofing with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude
• Accurately track daily activities and customer interactions
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals
