Job summary

RoofLab is seeking energetic Field Marketers to engage homeowners in Mobile, AL and nearby areas, representing the brand at community events and home visits.

You will introduce homeowners to our exterior services, generate qualified leads, and set appointments for the sales team. No prior experience is required; growth opportunities exist within a collaborative, team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, confident and comfortable speaking with new people.
• Positive, coachable attitude and willingness to learn.
• No prior experience required; suitable for entry level.
• Sales, marketing or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors and walk for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a background check and have a clean MVR.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

About The Role

We’re looking for energetic, motivated, and outgoing Field Marketers to join our team in Mobile, AL and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, working outdoors, and helping grow brand awareness at the community level.

As a Field Marketer, you’ll be the face of RoofLab in local neighborhoods and at community events—introducing homeowners to our services, building relationships, and generating qualified leads for our sales team. No prior experience is required.
