Wachter is seeking a field-oriented project coordinator in Oklahoma/Tulsa to manage security installations across multiple sites. The role requires experience with fire alarm, Burg alarm, CCTV, and access control systems, plus a construction background.

You will travel up to five days weekly within a designated region, kick off projects, clarify scopes, and maintain strong client relationships. Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and spreadsheets, and able to manage

Formación

• Construction background is required.
• Experience with engineered drawings, bid specifications, and construction take-offs is helpful.
• Basic understanding of supply chain facilities within the low voltage industry.
• Experience running multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient with computers including email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent customer relationship and communication skills; verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Must type at least 40 WPM.

Responsabilidades

• Check the quality of the physical install.
• Do project kick offs and scope clarification walks.
• Work with Site Contacts to develop relationships and build trust between Wachter and the customer.
• Check progress of install by the contractor against the timeline of the overall project.
• Any other tasks deemed necessary by the in office Security Manager team.
• Field Managers will report onsite findings back to the in office Security Managers so that those managers can speak accurately about the project with the customer.
