LOVING is seeking a Field Manager to lead on-site crews across landscape, hardscape, and sod projects in the Carolinas. This is hands-on leadership, not a desk job, with daily interaction between crews, customers, and leadership. You’ll drive safety, quality, and productivity while coaching team members and managing field documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading landscape/hardscape crews in live job sites.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and hold crews to quality standards.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a meaningful advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned crews across landscape, hardscape, and sod sites from start to finish.
• Conduct pre-site inspections and identify issues before crews arrive.
• Verify completed work meets LOVING standards and customer expectations.
• Serve as on-site LOVING representative, handling questions with urgency.
• Coach crew members in real time to raise performance and skills.
• Own documentation (timesheets, tickets, work orders) accurately and on time.
• Enforce equipment care and safety standards across the team.
• Provide field insights to leadership for process improvements.
• Take on additional tasks to strengthen the team and quality.
