Ruppert Landscape is hiring a Field Manager for Landscape Maintenance to lead field crews, manage labor and material, and ensure contracts are completed within budgeted hours. The role focuses on developing staff and improving client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skill and ability to manage others in a team setting.
• Experience working with service customers on commercial contracts.
• At least one year of contract maintenance experience in a commercial setting.
• Horticulture-related degree and/or industry experience required; degrees may be substituted by relevant experience.
• Ability to diagnose plant insect and disease problems and plan treatments.
• Knowledge of vehicles and equipment used in contract maintenance and snow removal.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (last 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production on contracts.
• Develop and monitor budgets, hours, and costs for jobs.
• Train and develop field staff and maintain client relationships.
• Inspect sites daily and report issues to clients.
• Promote upsells through appropriate work orders and tickets.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment in good condition.
