Majestic Surfaces is seeking a Field Manager to develop professional, consultative relationships with builders and internal office staff involved in the installation process. This full-time hourly role emphasizes safety, quality control, and proactive issue resolution.

You will drive a company vehicle to job sites, conduct inspections, coordinate with crews, and manage multiple projects while upholding our core values of teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 23 years old.
  • 1–3 years of related industry experience preferred
  • Possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record that meets the minimum requirements of the company's insurance provider.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Perform Minor Services occasionally (cleaning, caulking, etc.)

  • Adhere to safety protocols and standards.
  • Perform safety audits of subcontractors in the field.
  • Conduct Builder Satisfaction Surveys.
  • Attend Job Site Planning or Safety Meetings.
