Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a maintenance assistant to support general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical tasks, and equipment troubleshooting. Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic maintenance tasks and procedures.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Strong judgment and practical, common-sense approach to problems.
• Ability to learn to use diagnostic meters and tools.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an on-call rotation (1 week per month).
• Assist with general maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical work, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Learn to use meters and other diagnostic tools.
• Safely perform duties at various heights (not suitable for those with fear of heights).
• Follow safety standards, including wearing non-slip work boots, work pants, and button-down shirts.
