Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring a Multi Skilled Technician I to keep our stores running smoothly, from POS and fuel dispenser upgrades to major projects. You will join a dynamic team that supports remodeling, new store builds, and restaurant openings.

Ability to travel and work flexible hours is required. We offer a sign-on bonus up to $3,000, comprehensive benefits, 401k, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License (with real ID or equivalent for air travel) if required by role.

Responsibilities

• Complete point of sale upgrades and installations, fuel dispenser upgrades and other specialized projects.
• Serve on a strike team to support markets with service calls during staffing shortages
• Manage and fulfill orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
• Maintain parts inventory and complete daily reports to support operational efficiency
• Perform additional duties such as training technicians, prioritize work orders, and conduct basic structural maintenance
