Job summary

G&M Oil Company, Inc. seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support operations across ~230 gas stations in the San Diego area. You will install equipment, perform repairs, and maintain storefront facilities while collaborating with Area Managers and the Dispatch Team.

Role involves painting, minor electrical/plumbing work, and mobility to travel within the territory. A valid driver's license and safety compliance are required for success in this busy field.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Area Managers and Maintenance Dispatch in repairs of G&M Gasoline Retail sites.
• Install convenience store equipment and electrical outlets as needed.
• Repair drywall, doors, windows, cabinets, and interior facilities.
• Paint new stations and existing sites, including canopies and restriping parking areas.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform minor repairs.
• Participate in station rehab for acquisitions, rebrands, and special projects.
