AGC Heat Transfer in Lansing, MI seeks a Field Maintenance Specialist to support customers across the U.S. The role involves traveling and performing Plate Check and tubular heat exchanger inspections, repairs, and installation supervision.

You will conduct on-site customer training, document service activities, and collaborate with Sales Engineers on upcoming service needs. Expect travel >15 days/month and mentoring of new technicians on a full-time, non-exempt basis.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a traveling technician.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and tool experience.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Field Maintenance Specialist -Lansing, MI (Traveling Role)

AGC Heat Transfer, the leading manufacturer of sanitary plate heat exchangers in North America, is seeking a Field Maintenance Specialist to support customers across the U.S. We are looking for a skilled, customer-driven Field Maintenance Specialist based in Lansing, MI. If you thrive on solving problems, traveling, and being the expert customers rely on, this role puts you at the center of the action.
FLSA Status - Non Exempt - Hourly
Reports to: Service Maintenance Manager

Role Responsibilities

• Perform Plate Check™ and tubular heat exchanger inspections

• Execute repairs, troubleshooting, and installation supervision

• Conduct on-site customer training

• Travel >15 days/month (including some weekends)
