Job summary

Waconia Public Schools is seeking seasonal staff to prepare fields and gyms for sports and activities, supervise practices and games, and act as a contact for coaches and officials. Position requires a valid driver’s license and familiarity with mowing; experience driving vehicles is preferred. Compensation is $15.00 per hour, with application via district site.

Waconia Public Schools is looking for candidates dedicated to providing students with the opportunity to exploretheir passions and create their success! Afast-growing school district located near the banks of Lake Waconia and approximately 25 miles west of Minneapolis, Waconia Public Schoolsserves 4,000 students and their families from the communities of Waconia, Victoria, Minnetrista, Saint Bonifacius, and New Germany. School District facilities include an educational services and enrichment center, area learning center, three elementary schools (K-5), one middle school (6-8), and one high school (9-12).

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for preparing fields and gyms for various sports and activities, supervising recreation practices and games, and serving as a contact person for coaches and officials. This is typically a seasonal position.

Hours

Up to 40 hours/week Monday-Friday between 7 AM-3:30 PM (May through August), starting part-time in mid-April.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Experience driving vehicles preferred.
• Mowing preferred.

Salary

$15.00 per hour.
