Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Union Engineer to maintain equipment, calibrate instruments, and provide technical service across locations. You will troubleshoot issues, manage maintenance schedules, and develop training materials.

The role emphasizes teamwork and aligning with CBRE RISE values to drive reliable operations. The position requires 4–5 years of related experience or equivalent, strong MS Office skills, and physical ability to perform required duties.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; 4-5 years of related experience preferred.
• Must be able to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders and lift 50 lbs+.
• Ability to exercise judgment from multiple information sources.
• Willingness to adopt new perspectives on existing solutions.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and other Office products.
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and restore routine technical service and equipment.
• Address network issues affecting multiple locations and ensure documentation is accurate.
• Maintain routine maintenance schedules and configuration materials.
• Create training documentation and participate in user training.
• Apply knowledge to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and help build consensus aligned with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact activities within own team and related teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and explain difficult information.
