Zohorecruit is seeking experienced Structured Cabling/Low Voltage Technicians for contract roles serving the Greater Phoenix area. The position is field-based with travel to customer sites, primarily Tempe and surrounding cities, offering 40 hours per week and on-site work in data centers.

Pay ranges from $23.00 to $30.00 per hour based on experience. Requires at least one year of related experience and valid driver’s license; BICSI is a plus but not required.

Formación

• At least one year of structured cabling or low-voltage installation experience.
• Strong cable pulling, dressing, and termination skills.
• Experience with copper and/or fiber cabling.
• IDF/MDF build out experience is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and installation drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Tempe worksite.
• Ability to climb, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work safely in an active data center environment.

Responsabilidades

• Install Cat3, Cat5e, Cat6, coaxial, and fiber-optic cabling systems.
• Pull, route, dress, label, terminate, and test copper and fiber cabling.
• Assist with IDF/MDF build outs.
• Test and troubleshoot copper and single-mode/multi-mode fiber cabling.
• Install outlets, connectors, grounding infrastructure, and fire stopping.
• Read blueprints, floor plans, and installation specifications.
• Follow ANSI, TIA/EIA, BICSI, NEC, and local standards.
• Maintain a safe, professional work environment and follow all site procedures.
