Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years experience in insurance, risk management, property/construction management or related field required.
• Education in insurance and/or Fire Department experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs field inspections of commercial properties.
• Evaluates physical conditions of commercial properties.
• Evaluates, identifies, and makes recommendations to mitigate loss.
• Completes written reports to communicate findings in a timely manner.
• Discusses accounts with underwriters and agents.
