ExlService Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Loss Control Consultant for Commercial Insurance in Indianapolis.

The independent contractor will schedule on-site risk surveys, provide risk evaluation reports, and work with insurance clients to identify loss-producing conditions across Property/Casualty lines. Candidates should have 10+ years with a major carrier or national broker in commercial risk control, strong communication, and computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Risk Control Consulting experience with a major carrier and/or national broker.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance, inspections, or fire and life safety assessments encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, computer proficiency, and client-focused service expectations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule on-site surveys and provide risk evaluation and risk improvement reports to insurance clients.
• Manage assigned projects, secure local appointments, and complete work on time.
• Conduct risk evaluations for Property, Casualty and related lines and recommend loss-control actions.
• Assist on special projects leveraging professional certifications and risk-control skills.

10+ years of Risk Control Consulting

Experience with major carrier or natl.

Education

BS Degree in Engineering, Safety or physical sciences

CSP or ARM designations preferred
