Job summary

FTI is seeking a Field Support Specialist to improve job site logistics and support construction operations. The role emphasizes safe handling of materials, timely deliveries, and efficient warehouse practices in a dynamic environment.

Candidates typically have a high school diploma, 1–2 years in logistics or related roles, and a willingness to travel about 20%. The position runs 6 AM–5 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime possible.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or construction support role.
• Travel: 20%.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles as qualified and required.
• Delivers and picks up materials/tools in an efficient and timely manner.
• Prepare tool shipments via freight for outlying job sites, assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Shelf/pick, log, clean, maintain tools as necessary.
• Processes various paperwork (routing slips, tool transfers, driver logs, ORM, return forms, etc.).
• Tracks maintenance and repair of shop vehicles; inform supervisor of repair/maintenance needs.
• Mobile staircase, ladder usage, and pallet jack usage.
• Maintain cleanliness and 5s principles within the F/S warehouse.
• Assists with building maintenance as needed.
• Assists Field Support Coordinator/Manager with miscellaneous tasks.
• Have and maintain DOT certification and Forklift certification.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
