Ultipro in the United States is seeking a general construction laborer to support a crew in erecting precast concrete panels and maintaining on-site safety and efficiency. The role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to site procedures.

You will follow directions from the erection foreperson or bricklayer, perform miscellaneous tasks, handle materials and equipment responsibly, and help ensure productive, safe work. Welding experience is preferred and union membership may be pursued.

Competenze

• Welding experience.
• Ability to carry out simple and complex verbal instructions.
• Ability to work from ladders and aerial work platforms above 20 ft.
• Ability to obtain memberships to local laborers union.
• General knowledge of construction practices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
• 2+ years of construction or manual labor experience.
• Welding certification.

• May preform work of miscellaneous nature as directed by foreperson

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction or manual labor experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Welding certification

Physical Requirements

Field: Must be able to traverse uneven ground, move minimum of 50lbs., spatial awareness/depth perception, climb on a flatbed semi-trailer

Field: All types of weather conditions (year-round, Mid-west and Northeast), dirt/dust, noise from heavy machinery/vechiles
